Birthday!
Abby turned 12 this week! A family from church made her an awesome mickey mouse sugar free chocolate mousse cake with an almond flour cake bottom and sugar free chocolate ganache! So delicious! Through Abby's diagnosis, surgery and radiation the hardest thing for her has been the low carb sugar free diet! A birthday makes it extra hard but a cake like this makes it all OK! We figured it was time for an update! Abby is doing well and has not been as fatigued as she was but then she got a bad cold that knocked her out again. She is still having difficulty sleeping which leads to more fatigue. She is still having to come home early from school each day and we are doing well with the science distance learning. Abby is very studious so that makes it easier on me! She is always wanting to keep up on her classes.
